Grow a Little Kindness

There is enough hate and fear mongering and uncertainty swirling about to make me feel as if I'm drowning in a pool of darkness.  I need to remember that there is goodness that far outweighs the bad. There are huge acts of heroism.  And there are billions more small acts of kindness, micro-heroism, to remind me that humanity can be beautiful and powerful.  And indestructible.

Oh my goodness gracious, Bella. This is SUCH an inspirational piece..I love it! Love the concept, your splendid sweet children, and your message. You're amazing! I hope you've been well..the news has been so terribly sad, the political climate is crazy, and it does make for heaviness, but I hope that the sunny days are upon us and that you're spending most of the hours with your lovely ones and on projects that you're loving! I had a wonderful time in NY, I'm grateful and honored that you read through that incredibly long post. I hope you get to enjoy one of those events at some point! :)

Sending big hugs to you and yours as we approach the long Easter weekend. May the bunny be kind to you all and leave lots of good-quality chocolate galore on your doorstep! xo

Gros bisous ♡

I dont think the world is any more evil than it's ever been. I believe this after studying a ton of history. It's just that it seems so much worse today because cable news is constantly spinning the bad stuff to keep us tuned in. Sometimes you just have to turn it off.

You said it! If I ever manage to do a book of any sort, the main theme shall be kindness. Much of the time I really do not like the world, but some of the time I do remember the good deeds and good people and other goodness.

I just love all your beautiful tiny people!
