Tokyo Safari - Roppongi Hills

The girl in the taco plant was beginning to reek, so I decided to give you a change of scenery while I clean up the mess. These are a few photos of Roppongi Hills during a recent outdoor art exhibit. Actually, the only thing on exhibit when I went was that giant metal space baby.

Do you like my anagram? Hehehe!

That striped building reminds me of a prison suit or pyjamas.

Bella Sinclair said...

HAHAAAA!

Ok, I always sucked at anagrams.

What happened to the girl that was eaten by the Taco plant? Did you bury her?

That space baby is rad. Totally fly.

Valerie said...

hahahaha, poor girl... pls try to revive her. i'm sure you can work miracles.

Bella Sinclair said...

More, aimee? Ok!

Haha, KJ. Take a few wide mouthed fish, stick them in a window display and charge $500, and people will flock to buy them. Actually, this may have been the Kate Spade store. I don't remember. No offense to Ms. Spade.

That IS a cool space baby, esque! Wonder if it could really fly. :) Gosh, where does it go after the exhibit, I wonder. In the artist's home?

Bella Sinclair said...

Oh hi, Valerie! Didn't see you sneak in there. Ew, little girl is partly digested. Don't think you want me to revive her. :(

Ces said...

Partly digested? Who corrupted you?

caren said...

I like the purses!! Can't believe you let the little girl go rancid! You make me laugh. Have a good day.

Renee said...

Bella these are all so cool.

Thank you for the lovely comment about the dinner picture. There was this pervert that came to my site named Eli and said that dinner reminded him of fetal alcohol syndrome.

Nice way to ruin the picture Pervert.

Bella, I knew you would love it.

A ukulele for Emma. Adorable. xoxo

Ces said...

I thought Eli's comment over at Renee's hit the nail on the head!

Bella Sinclair said...

Hello, Caren! Ewww, it was quite disgusting, actually. Must get bigger taco plant to get the job done right.

BAAAAHAHAHAHA! What? Eli, a pervert? Clearly, he knows what he likes, and you are too much woman for him.

Ces, OMG, I get such a good cario workout laughing with you!

Thank you for taking us to your Art exhibition Bella, always neat to see what you are up to.
Also for showing us a little glimpse of Tokyo.

Fertilizer .... poor thing.

Have a great weekend

Bella the vampyre is on the loose. I think it may have been all the red in your pictures today that have set her off.

I hope that she does not know your address in Japan as she knows you have called her out about being breakfast this morning.

xoxox

Renee

Oh shit.... I just realized my name starts with R.... I might be tempting to her too, as she may think red = r and renee = r. And I have 217 pounds of fat and blood.

I'm getting scared shitless.

If I should die before I wake Bella, you know how I feel. And you also will know who did it.

Love Renee xoxo

Renee said...

For God's sake Bella be careful what you are saying.

Of course she is sultry and sexy and we want her to bite our necks and maybe even nibble on our left earlobes but for all the vampyre slayers that have gone before us. We cannot go down without a fight.

By the way did you read Twilight, total teen book and it was one of our bookclub picks. Anyway, my sister Mickey kept saying I don't get it, like what would happen if she has her periods.' And I said 'that would be a win/win.'

Okay back to our scheduled biting of the neck.

Run to the nearest Shinto Temple and get them to tie some garlic cloves around your neck.

xoxo

Bella, where the fuck is Ces. I haven't heard from her in about 18 seconds. I'm scared, you don't think she has turned into a bat and is flying to Winnipeg do you.

One of my nephew's is a cop so maybe I can use his tazer. My hand is sore so I can't squeeze any garlic.

The tazer will have to do.

Love Renee xoxo

Terrific photos Bella - I love the angles you've taken them at.

Ces said...

Oh my goodness. The spittin' cursin' woman was here. She panicked because she could not find me - because I went to sleep. YEAH! That's what happen when you are a human woman - you get tired and sleepy at night!

Bella, Renee cracks me up and she is all hyped up because you agree with her on almost everything. Why don't you tell her that you wre just pretending? :)

Oh Bella, on a serious note, I have never ever left the USA and it's only now that I have a brain and choices that I now want to travel and go aboard. These pictures made my heart ache for something more than what I see here. I really want to travel and see and experience things outside of the US. My husband has travel a lot with past jobs and he really enjoyed it!. When I get the wonderful chance to see beautiful pictures like these and of other bloggers who live else where it really hits home with me, there is a whole big world out there and I want to see it!. Thanks so very, very, much for sharing my friend! By the way, could you please, please, please, stick the robot there in the picture in the mail. I don't want to hear about the fact that he won't fit or anything. I have the perfect place to him hee hee hee!!!
Hugs a plenty Lady!

Bella Sinclair said...

Hey, Carolyn! Thanks for coming along. Have a fantastic weekend. :)

Oh my goodness, Renee! I think you worked yourself into a tizzy! No nightmares of vampires last night, I hope. Check your neck. Any puncture wounds?

Ha, Dusik. I didn't understand it either. I went to see an exhibition, and all I saw was the space baby. Hey, that would make an interesting t-shirt, eh? And that is Tokyo Tower, the Japanese answer to the Eiffel Tower.

Heehee, Caroline. I'm just a lousy photographer, but thanks for saying it nicely. :D

Hi, Kaili! Your new studio is going to look like a fabulous gallery!

Oh, V. There's beauty all around. You don't need to travel out of the country to experience it. I firmly believe that. Even around my old home in Westchester, NY, there were pockets of astounding natural beauty. It was intoxicating to drink it all in. I'll see what I can do about nabbing that metal baby and mailing him to you, though. Hopefully no one will notice.

Hola, Idora. Si, I am always green with envy.

I get to the end of all the comments and think, 'now what the hell was the post about?' Ha ha. You lot are a riot. Now I have 5 acres and that big shiny robot would look wonderful hidden amongst our willows. It's mine. I wonder how much they want for it??

I love the shadows of that building Bella (I am at Bella's arent I?) And the wiggly red jobby, and that long long smooth, oh so tactile lump of granity stone. Beautiful. I want that too. Can I have them, pretty please?

I remember that awful dancing baby dusik, it was hideous.

Love and hugs to you Bella,
BT

Oh the word verification is mousen!! mousen in ze housen?

Bella Sinclair said...

BT, I guess you're right. This post isn't too coherent. They're just photos of Roppongi Hills, and the only photo of the art exhibit was that shiny, shiny baby. Well, I've already promised it to Vanessa. But I'll see what I can do to sneak the red jobby bench and stone bench in my pocket while no one's looking. Say, is that a bench in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?

Idora Aciloeci said...

HAHAHHA! That would be one giant erection and it will be bigger than the rest of your body! I would love to see that! HAHAHAH!

I'm so glad I found your blog. I have been looking for inspiration to get back to my illustration. I'm in the process of trying to illustrate my first children's book and I need a push. Your flower girl series reminds me of my Flowerbabies series that I dedicated to my late mother because of her love of flowers.

Keep up the good work and I will surely be back for more of your beautiful work.

Kudos and Kisses!
