IF - Similar

Santa and the Yeti
(which looks suspiciously similar to a hairy toe)

I created a wacky Christmas image for Dabbled's Holiday Card Contest, which I have forced-fit into this week's Illustration Friday. I have no idea why Santa is with a Yeti. Must have been a mental mad-lib moment.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Thanks for dropping by the blog Bella. I've always been a big fan of the yeti, and I like Santa's tree pointer, nicely drawn. I looked at some of your other posts. It's weird, I drew a child riding a horse not unlike your koi riders only yesterday.

I hope your return to the States goes smoothly. Head over to Harajuku and stock up on gothlol costumes before you go. Useful for halloween.
Gambatte!
cheers,
Andrea

Bella, I just read your sidebar "Just a few words". I am so shocked you had a 2-decade hiatus. Thank goodness you started again. You know, my friend Arija told me that "a true artist paints or draws because she can't help it". I am so thankful you can't help it. I wish I had your email address, I would like to send you a personal email. Will you please send me one? Thanks.

Give Rudolph and the other reindeers a break, let yeti haul Santa's gifts this year. I like this very much, Bella. It's very imaginative. This is one thing that I've never seen before ... Santa on yeti :)

*I hope you're using this image for your Christmas cards.
