First of all you can get a balloon perms are available at your nearest party store just as for latex balloon hair curlers. he he he. Two, I just had the fun and wonderful pleasure of reading about you! This things was so funny!!! OMG You are a HOOT! This was so much fun. Reading about you and finding out all this great stuff was a gas! You and I could really hang out for sure! We would be laughing our butts off! It was much fun again.
